(ESP) Este artículo está publicado en un blog titulado Nubox el cual relata 11 tips clave para gestionar un negocio en tiempos de crisis; cabe aclarar que está enfocado en el rendimiento de las pymes. Dentro de las herramientas principales abordadas a lo largo del artículo se encuentran: Identificar los riesgos potenciales, centrarse en la atención al cliente, definir una política de reducción de gastos, determinar un plan de trabajo para afrontar la crisis, entre otros elementos que pueden ser útiles para afrontar estos momentos de dificultad.

(ESP) Esta es una infografía basada en un documento titulado “La pequeña empresa bajo un contexto de crisis financiera: un análisis de su sobrevivencia”. El punto central de este documento es “El proceso estratégico como mecanismo de adaptación” (pg 92) en donde el autor explica porqué la fijación de una estrategia es el blanco perfecto para el éxito de esta, pues permite prevenir situaciones, plantear soluciones y tomar decisiones. Luego de esta explicación “teórica” el autor aterriza el tema con “La pequeña empresa en la región Buffalo-Niagara, Nueva York”.
