What do I care about?
Working with and for people and doing so with the utmost integrity and decorum. As the son of two parents who were raised in the South in the 1960s and marched in Selma, I was raised to appreciate each and every opportunity--and embrace who I am, where I come from, and what I have. Therefore, I care deeply about ensuring people find ways to succeed in environments where they can be unapologetically themselves.
As the Director of our National Program efforts I build strategic and sustainable relationships with partner organizations who share the same passion, civic drive, and commitment to building access for people of color and those in low-income communities. As an organization, Interise is composed of individuals who are committed to staying mission-driven in everything we do.
