Arthur Bernard is an attorney at the Boston-based government relations firm Travaglini, Scorzoni, Kiley, LLC, where he provides strategic advice to clients on state and local government policy matters--and represents clients before the state legislature, the executive agencies of state, and municipal governments. Arthur has more than 20 years experience in state government, having served in a number of senior advisor positions, including Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor to the Governor of Massachusetts, Chief of Staff to the Massachusetts State Senate President, and Vice Chancellor for Government Relations and Public Affairs for the University of Massachusetts Boston. Arthur received his B.A. in Government from Suffolk University and his J.D. from Boston College Law School.
