  • 70% of alumni businesses increased or maintained their annual revenues, with an average annual revenue growth of 51%.
  • 80% of alumni businesses reported being profitable.
  • $863 million in government, institutional, and corporate contracting secured by alumni businesses.
  • 63% of alumni CEOs stay connected to fellow participants, with 26% doing business with each other.
  • 70% of alumni businesses added or retained jobs.

BASIC ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Ethnic minority business owner with 51% or greater ownership of the business
  • $150,000+ in annual revenues
  • One other employee beside the business owner(s)
  • Been in business for at least 3 years
  • Willingness and ability to attend class for six months, complete mandatory assignments, and complete program surveys as requested

  • 72% of Latino alumni’s businesses increased or maintained their annual revenues, with an average annual revenue growth of 35%. (Note: among those who increased revenue, average growth is 62%.)
  • 83% of Latino alumni reported their businesses being profitable.
  • $168 million in government, institutional, and corporate contracting secured by Latino alumni’s businesses.
  • 62% of Latino alumni stay connected to fellow participants, with 26% doing business with each other.
  • 74% of alumni businesses added or retained jobs.

BASIC ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Business owner identifies as Hispanic, Latino or Latina
  • $250,000 - $5 Million in annual revenues
  • One other full-time employee beside the owner(s)
  • Been in business for at least 2 years
  • Willingness and ability to attend class for 7 months, complete mandatory assignments, and complete program surveys as requested
